Do Any of These Sound Familiar?
You're leaking urine when you laugh, sneeze, exercise, or can't make it to the bathroom in time.

You may have been told it's "just part of having babies" or "getting older." It isn't something you simply have to live with. Together, we'll identify the root cause and create a plan to help you regain confidence and return to the activities you love.
You're living with pelvic pain or pain during intimacy.
Pain is never something you should simply accept. Whether your symptoms began after childbirth, surgery, menopause, prostate treatment, or seemingly for no reason at all, we provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to help reduce pain, restore function, and improve your quality of life.
You're struggling with constipation, bloating, abdominal discomfort, or digestive issues.
Your digestive system, breathing, posture, abdominal muscles, and pelvic floor all work together. Our whole-body approach helps address the underlying contributors so you can feel more comfortable, confident, and in control.
Your back, hips, pelvis, or core never seem to feel quite right.
When one area isn't working well, other areas often compensate, leading to pain, weakness, or movement limitations. We evaluate the entire body - not just the painful area - to help restore efficient movement and lasting relief.
You're recovering from pregnancy, childbirth, surgery, or prostate cancer treatment.
Recovery doesn't end when the procedure is over. Whether you're rebuilding your core after pregnancy, recovering from a C-section, returning to exercise, or navigating life after prostate surgery, we're here to help you move forward with confidence.
Your periods are painful, or you're navigating endometriosis or fertility challenges.
While painful periods and fertility challenges are common, they should never be dismissed. We work alongside your healthcare team to address movement, tissue mobility, pain, and whole-body function to help support your overall health and quality of life.

Why Choose Next Level Therapy?
Whole-Body, Root-Cause Care
We believe lasting results come from treating the whole person - not just the symptoms. Your breathing, movement, nervous system, connective tissue, abdominal organs, core, and pelvic floor all work together. Our evaluations look beyond the area of pain to uncover the root cause and create a treatment plan designed specifically for you.
No two people are the same, so no two treatment plans should be either. Every session is one-on-one with Lisa, giving you dedicated time to ask questions, receive hands-on care, and progress toward your goals at your own pace.
Pelvic health concerns can feel deeply personal. Our goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and heard. We welcome people of all genders and provide compassionate, trauma-informed care tailored to your unique experiences and goals.
We believe understanding your body is one of the most powerful tools for healing. You'll leave each visit with practical strategies, education, and confidence so you can actively participate in your recovery - not just during therapy, but long after.
As occupational therapists, our focus isn't simply reducing pain or improving muscle function. Our goal is to help you return to the activities, relationships, work, exercise, and daily routines that make life meaningful.
Meet Lisa Loveless, OTR/L
Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist
For nearly 30 years, I've had the privilege of helping people regain their independence, confidence, and quality of life through occupational therapy.

Throughout my career, I realized there was an entire community of people quietly struggling with pelvic health concerns—often feeling embarrassed, dismissed, or believing their symptoms were simply something they had to live with.

They don't.

That's why I founded Next Level Therapy.

Today, I help people of all genders experiencing pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, prostate cancer rehabilitation, sexual health concerns, and movement dysfunction. I believe everyone deserves compassionate, individualized care in a safe, welcoming, and trauma-informed environment.

My approach goes beyond the pelvic floor. I evaluate how your breathing, posture, movement patterns, nervous system, connective tissue, abdominal organs, and pelvic floor work together to uncover the root cause of your symptoms - not simply treat where it hurts.

As an occupational therapist, I don't just focus on reducing symptoms - I focus on helping you return to the activities, roles, and experiences that matter most to you.

Whether your goal is to return to exercise, enjoy intimacy without pain, recover after surgery, play with your children, complete a workout, or simply make it through the day without worrying about your symptoms, my goal is to help you get back to living the life you love.

When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me teaching occupational therapists across the country, training for my next marathon, or spending time with my family and my two dogs.

What to Expect
From your very first visit, our goal is to make you feel heard, respected, and supported. Every treatment plan begins by understanding your story, your body, your goals, and what matters most to you. Together, we'll create a personalized plan to help you get back to living the life you love.
Step 1:
Schedule Your Evaluation
Your recovery begins with a comprehensive evaluation. We'll learn about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and goals so we can understand the complete picture—not just the diagnosis.
Step 2:
Your Comprehensive Evaluation
During your 90-minute evaluation, we'll assess how your breathing, movement, posture, core, nervous system, connective tissue, abdominal organs, and pelvic floor work together. This whole-body approach helps us identify the root cause of your symptoms and develop a treatment plan designed specifically for you.
Step 3:
Your Personalized Treatment Plan
Together, we'll put your plan into action using the treatments that best fit your needs. Depending on your goals, your care may include:
-
Manual therapy
-
Pelvic floor rehabilitation
-
Dry needling
-
Visceral mobilization
-
Functional movement training
-
Therapeutic exercise
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Education and home strategies
Every treatment plan is individualized because every person is unique.
You Don't Have to Live With It.
Pelvic health concerns can be uncomfortable to talk about. They often leave people feeling embarrassed, frustrated, isolated, or even hopeless. At Next Level Therapy, we understand and we're here to help.

Many symptoms related to pelvic health are treated as "taboo." Leaking urine, constipation, pelvic pain, painful sex, urgency, erectile dysfunction, or difficulty emptying your bladder or bowels aren't topics that typically come up in everyday conversation. Because of that, it's easy to believe you're the only one experiencing them.

Many people are also told these symptoms are simply a "normal" part of pregnancy, childbirth, aging, surgery, or peri- and post-menopause. Others feel their concerns have been minimized or dismissed altogether.

We want you to know something important.
Your symptoms are real. They matter. And you deserve answers.

At Next Level Therapy, we take the time to listen, understand your story, and identify the root cause of your symptoms. Our goal isn't simply to manage problems, it's to help you return to the activities, relationships, exercise, and daily life that matter most to you.

And about Kegels...
Despite what you've probably heard, Kegel exercises are not the answer for everyone. In fact, doing them at the wrong time, or when your body needs something different, can actually make symptoms worse. That's why a thorough evaluation and an individualized treatment plan are so important.
You don't have to figure this out alone. We're here to help you move, feel, and live better.
